Vintage Playmobil #3485
U.S. Calvary 1987 Version
​99% Complete/Near Mint (A)

Here for your inspection is a 99% Complete Vintage #3485 Cavalry play set.  Manufactured between 1987/88-1994, this set is coveted by many Playmobil collectors to augment Playmobil's #3729 U.S. Artillery and #3773 Fort Bravo play sets.  The only item that is missing is a hand-held U.S. flag. All of the other pieces are present and in Near Mint condition (Note:  I have replaced the pictured cavalry sword with a another shinier cutlass).

Items included in this offering are:


3 brown horses;

1 black horse;

1 Pinto (brown and white) horse;

5 brown bridles;

5 brown saddles with attached saddle bags;

4 blanket rolls (2 gray and 2 yellow);

5 brown rifles;

5 black revolvers;

3 gun belts with holsters (buckles really work);

2 Cavalry Soldiers with epaulets on their navy blue coats;

1 Cavalry Soldier without any epaulets on his coat;

1 Calvary Officer with yellow buttons, cuffs, and collar on his navy coat;

3 orange scarves;

4 tan hats;

1 shoulder harness;

1 silver cutless; 

1 gray bearded scout with fur cap and yellow tunic;

1 golden bugle; and

1 large cactus with brown stand.  

I will be thoroughly Q-tip cleaning this set and all of its accessories prior to sending it on to its new owner.

This is a wonderful set and one sure to please any Playmobil collector or lucky child.  Due to the number of small parts, this set should not be given to children under 4 years of age or those still mouthing their toys.  This set weighs 9 oz. and my location is Lafayette, IN (47905).  I will be sending this set via First Class or Priority Mail.
