#3652 Knights/Royal Viewing Stand

Hearken back to the days of yore when dashing knights jousted with one another to capture the attention and favors of royal damsels. Here for your inspection is a RARE, Playmobil #3652 Tournament Knights/Royal Viewing Stand play set complete with its original box and in EXC++ condition. Since it was produced only between 1993-95, this set is extremely hard to find in this condition and with all its pieces.
Constituting this set are a pair of brave knights, their attendants, their mounts, and all of the finery and weapons associated with a jousting tournament. The royal trumpeter signals the start of the tournament by blowing his bugle. The chairman of the tournament and the Princess, with her attendant, watch the proceedings from the safety of the tournament tent. The Princess waves her handkerchief at her favorite knight before he enters the battle. At the conclusion of the event, the Princess rewards her favorite by knighting him to her personal retinue.
As stated previously, this set is 100% complete and is in EXC++ condition. The only imperfections I can find are a couple of tiny black marks on the outside rear part of the tent (e.g. see accompanying photo) and a loose head on the black horse. I will be replacing this horse with another horse that has a neck that is more suitable for posing. The original box is imminently displayable with only a couple of minor indentations on the front of the box, some minimal edge wear, and some extraneous tape. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being PERFECT, I would rate this box as being a 9.5/10. It's unbelievable this set is 23 years young!
This is a fabulous set and one any devout collector would love to own. Due to the number of small parts, this set should not be given to children under 4 years of age or to those still mouthing their toys.
This set weighs 2 lbs. UNWRAPPED. I will be shipping this box inside an outer protective box using Priority Mail.
