Genie with Flying Carpet
Complete with Box/ Near Mint (A)
Remember the rapid fire repartee utilized by "Genie" in the movie Aladdin? Well, here is Playmobil's version of the all powerful genie in fairy tales of long ago. Specifically, here for your consideration is Playmobil's #3834 Genie with Flying Carpet. Complete with its original box, the set was manufactured between 1995-02. My daughter used to utilize this Genie in conjunction with her Playmobil #3019 Fairy Tale Castle. (See my list of complete Playmobil sets for an example of this Fairy Tale Castle set).
The set features a portly Genie with his turban, a magic carpet that really rolls, and a magic golden lamp. The magic carpet is equipped with handles that the Genie can hold as well as an elastic tie that can secure cargo (e.g. treasure chest, magic lamp, scroll) in place. Once again, the detail is amazing.
The set comes replete with its original box. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being perfect, I would rate this box as being a 9.0/10.0. The box exhibits a residual price tag and a few rubs; otherwise, it is in pristine condition.
I will be thoroughly Q-tip cleaning this set prior to sending it to its new owner. The set weighs 3 oz UNWRAPPED. I will be sending it via First Class Mail. My location is Lafayette, IN (47905).
